First session out since I cracked a rib 2 weeks ago so it was time to take it easy. The forcast was, as usual, over exaggerated and we had an iffy F4 compared to the expected F6. At low tide it was a case of get up wind to stay out of the shadow created by Burgh Island. All in all an unremarkable day consisting of stbd tack jumps, gybes and tacks but I probably couldn't of handled anymore as my rib was aching after a couple of hours. It was nice to get out in the sun.
